NeoGenomics seeks a Commercial Strategic Initiatives and AI Integration Manager to define and advance the AI strategy for the Commercial organization. This role collaborates with DTS, Legal, and Compliance to align AI with regulatory requirements and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred for strategic leadership roles.
• 8+ years in strategy, commercial ops, tech strategy, or related field.
• 4+ years leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Direct AI or advanced analytics experience with current capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance the AI strategy for the Commercial organization.
• Define a multi-year AI roadmap with prioritization and sequencing.
• Coordinate AI efforts across Commercial functions and enterprise AI initiatives.
• Represent Commercial in enterprise AI discussions and governance.
• Lead governance and project teams to align tooling, data, and policy.
• Set criteria to evaluate AI opportunities and size the value.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and scale successful efforts.
• Partner to build AI fluency across the Commercial org and training.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy,PHI in AI initiatives.
• Monitor vendor landscape and regulatory changes impacting AI use.
