Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years in operations, process improvement, or workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, chatbots, or no-code/low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate operational problems into build-ready automation ideas.
• Configure, deploy, and refine AI-assisted automations for multiple teams.
• Document workflows and automation configurations clearly for diverse audiences.
• Ensure compliance with PHI handling and platform standards.
