Job summary

Matter Health is seeking a hands-on AI Automation Workflow Specialist to join our IT team. You will build and deploy AI-assisted workflow automations that support operations, clinical care, and field-based teams, enabling staff to focus more on patient care.

You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, configure automations using our AI tools, and support adoption across the organization. This is a fully remote role with up to 10% travel and reports to the CTO.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years in operations, process improvement, workflow automation, or related role.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, chatbots, or no‑code/low‑code automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and field teams to map workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Configure, build, and deploy AI‑assisted automations using approved tools and templates.
• Create documentation, training materials, and enablement content for successful adoption.
• Monitor automated processes and iterate based on usage and performance.
