Job summary

Nucleus Network seeks a hands-on AI Automation & Operations Lead to identify, build, and deploy AI powered workflows across the organization, beginning with CRM data enrichment and relationship management. Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in automation, AI implementation, operations, product, or related fields.
• Experience building working automations that solve real business problems.
• Strong practical understanding of generative AI and large language models.
• Experience using AI tools as part of daily work, not only experiments.
• Ability to connect applications using APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
• Comfort using no-code and low-code platforms.
• Enough technical fluency to use scripting or lightweight development.
• Strong communication with nontechnical stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation across teams.
• Map workflows and identify repetitive or inefficient processes.
• Prioritize projects by business value, complexity, urgency, and scalability.
• Build end-to-end AI-powered workflows and dashboards.
• Connect platforms to create reliable workflows and data routes.
• Improve CRM and relationship data management and enrichment.
• Own implementation from prototype to production deployment.
• Drive adoption with clear explanations and training for users.
• Develop internal tools as needed and ensure maintainability.
