Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years in automation engineering, business systems, or analytics roles.
• Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Copilot Studio.
• SQL and at least one scripting language (Python).
• Strong communication to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for business process automation.
• Design and implement workflow automations across teams using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Develop use cases, templates, and prompts to improve productivity.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams with AI-powered workflows.
• Establish governance, security, and responsible AI practices for automations.
