Job summary

Fieldguide is hiring an Agent Architect to design AI-powered audit workflows for financial statement audits. You will partner with engineering, product, and design to translate real-world audit processes into scalable product capabilities while collaborating with audit firms to optimize automation.

The role requires a CPA (or accounting Master’s) and 8–10+ years in public accounting at Senior Manager level or higher.

Qualifications

CPA license is required or Master’s in Accounting.
8–10+ years of public accounting audit experience at Senior Manager level or above.
Experience auditing financial statements end-to-end and designing workpapers.

Responsibilities

Design AI-powered audit workflows within Fieldguide platform.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate audits into scalable capabilities.
Work with audit firms to map workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
Identify edge cases, controls, and quality requirements for professional services workflows.
Collaborate with ML team to develop AI agent capabilities for document analysis and evidence evaluation.
Help redefine audits in an AI-driven future.
