You will act as an audit SME, ensure compliance with standards, and drive transformation engagements with Fieldguide's strategic accounts while shaping the go-to-market narrative.

Qualifications

• CPA with 10+ years of financial audit experience at a public accounting firm.
• Experience designing or scaling a repeatable transformation program (playbooks, maturity models, training).
• Strong expertise in auditing standards and audit methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to an agentic audit model in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Define scope and documentation to satisfy professional standards and regulatory inspection.
• Drive transformation engagements across top accounts with change-management playbooks and maturity models.
