Job summary

Fieldguide seeks a Director of Audit Transformation to lead the shift from traditional audit execution to an agentic operating model. You will define the audit expertise behind an agentic framework, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success to scale adoption.

You will oversee change management, build transformation playbooks, and guide engagements with top firms while aligning with regulatory standards and market needs.

Qualifications

• CPA with 10+ years of financial audit experience at a public accounting firm.
• Experience designing or scaling transformation or change-management programs.
• Strong expertise in auditing standards and audit methodology.

Responsibilities

• Define audit transformation strategy and apply agent-based methodologies.
• Lead collaboration with product, engineering, and customer success to scale adoption.
• Drive change management and playbooks for transformation engagements with strategic accounts.
• Represent Fieldguide externally through content, webinars, and industry events.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate implications into product and messaging.
