Fieldguide is a remote-first company headquartered near San Francisco, redefining audit and assurance through AI-native workflows. The Agent Architect role partners with audit professionals and Fieldguide’s engineering team to design next-generation audit processes that combine rigor with AI-enabled efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in public accounting at the Senior Manager level, with a deep U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required or CPA license; Master’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
• 8-10+ years of audit experience at a leading public accounting firm, Senior Manager level or above.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement preparation; experience with ICFR and substantive testing.

Responsabilités

• Design AI-powered audit workflows and scalable product capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate audit processes into product features.
• Work with audit firms to understand workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Ensure quality and controls meet professional services standards.
