Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a Director, Audit Transformation in the US to lead the shift to an agentic audit operating model. You will drive expertise design, adoption, and scaling across large CPA firms, partnering with product, engineering, and customer success to embed professional standards into AI-driven workflows and methodologies.

You will shape strategy, transform engagements at scale, and represent Fieldguide to regulators, firms, and industry bodies.

Qualifications

• CPA with 10+ years of financial audit experience at a public accounting firm or equivalent.
• Experience designing or scaling a repeatable transformation/change-management program (playbooks, maturity models, training).
• Strong expertise in auditing standards and audit methodology.

Responsibilities

• Define audit agent workflows in product discovery and roadmap planning, translating practitioner needs into specs.
• Collaborate with AI architects to embed standards into prompts, guardrails, and agent workflows.
• Lead transformation engagements with strategic accounts and guide adoption to scale.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate implications into product & methodology roadmaps.
• Represent Fieldguide externally via content, webinars, and speaking engagements.
• Partner with Sales to deliver executive briefings and technical validation with leadership.
