You will design architectures that connect Genesys Cloud AI with data, workflows, and cloud ecosystems, and lead solution architecture across self-service, journey management, and back-office automation. You will partner with sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering to move opportunities from discovery through pilots, influencing CIO/CTO

Qualifications

• 5+ years mentoring in enterprise AI design and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and tool use in production environments.
• Ability to balance latency, cost, governance, and security in complex AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for customer experience use cases.
• Design scalable enterprise knowledge architectures and content strategies.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks linked to business outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data across channels.
• Guide presales engagements, solution demonstrations and pilots.
• Develop reusable technical assets and enablement for field teams.
• Influence product direction via customer and field feedback.
