Job summary

Genesys seeks an AI Architect, Presales to guide global enterprises in applying AI to customer experience, designing scalable architectures that connect Genesys Cloud AI with enterprise data, workflows, knowledge, and broader cloud ecosystems.

Operating as a presales AI specialist, you will lead solution architecture across self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation, partnering with sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering to advance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions.
• Ability to defend tradeoffs across model selection, latency, cost, governance and security.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience designing real-time enterprise solutions with low latency and reliability.
• Expertise in AI evaluation, governance, observability across offline/online testing.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for CX use cases combining LLMs, workflows, tools and handoffs.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures balancing latency, security and governance.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks tied to business outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data across channels and touchpoints.
• Drive presales engagements with technical discovery, demos, sandbox, and value assessments.
• Develop and validate AI prototypes and production pilots with account teams.
