Job summary

Genesys is seeking an AI Architect, Presales to guide global enterprises in applying AI to customer experience. You will design architectures that connect Genesys Cloud AI with enterprise data, workflows, and cloud ecosystems, leading solution architecture across self-service, agent assistance, and journey management.

You’ll partner with sales, PS, PM, and Engineering to move opportunities from discovery to production pilots.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions
• Architectural judgment across model selection, latency, cost, governance
• Deep integration with enterprise platforms and cloud ecosystems
• Real-time enterprise solutions with latency, security, and scalability
• Experience with prompt design, context management, RAG, and AI workflows
• Proven ability to create compelling technical demonstrations and POCs

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for CX use cases
• Design scalable RAG and knowledge architectures
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data
• Optimize enterprise AI architectures for scalability and cost
• Drive presales engagements through technical discovery and demos
• Develop and validate AI prototypes for pilots and KPIs
• Demonstrate Genesys Cloud AI value through architecture patterns
• Scale field capability with reusable assets and enablement
• Influence product and GTM direction from customer and field feedback
