Thales DIS CPL USA, Inc. is seeking an AI Automation Architect for Sales Operations. The role leads strategy, architecture, and hands-on development of AI-driven automations to scale processes, improve data quality, and enhance forecasting across Sales Ops.

You will design agented workflows, deploy AI solutions, and drive measurable efficiency gains. The position requires deep AI governance, experience with Salesforce and CRM tooling, and collaboration with finance, IT, and data teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
Strong knowledge of AI concepts, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Proficiency in Python and modern web technologies (APIs, Angular, React, TS).
Experience building AI-enabled workflows and agentic processes.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Sales Operations AI and Automation roadmap.
Redesign high-volume processes into automated, agent-led workflows.
Architect AI agents, copilots, and AI solutions integrated with Salesforce and ERP tools.
Improve data quality, governance, and operational monitoring via AI.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales Ops, IT, Finance, and data teams.
Design AI patterns including RAG, orchestration, and evaluation pipelines.
Implement AI guardrails for privacy, security, and compliance.
Drive AI adoption with enablement, training, and rollout plans.
Establish success metrics for efficiency, adoption, and impact.
Monitor usage, performance, and cost of AI solutions; report to leadership.
Iterate solutions based on feedback and evolving tech capabilities.
