Job summary

Thales in Austin seeks a Marketing Operations Architect, AI Automation to lead the strategy, architecture and hands-on development of AI-driven innovations that transform how marketing operates at scale.

You will design and deploy agentic workflows that automate manual business processes, blending AI product thinking with solution architecture and development to improve marketing efficiency and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents using tools such as Mindflow, Copilot Studio, LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, data security, data privacy, and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Marketing AI & Automation roadmap aligned to business priorities by identifying and prioritizing high-ROI AI use cases and moving initiatives from experimentation to production-grade capabilities.
• Architect and implement AI agents and agentic workflows integrated with core systems including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and related platforms with governance and privacy guardrails.
• Drive AI adoption through structured enablement, training, and rollout plans; advise Marketing leadership on AI capabilities and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to validate current-state workflows and design future-state agentic models; partner with IT and security for secure integrations.
• Establish success metrics tied to efficiency gains, cost reduction, quality improvement, and revenue impact; publish measurable impact summaries.
