Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to interact with AI voice models, compare media outputs, and write concise explanations of discrepancies. You’ll work remotely on a flexible schedule, evaluating image, video, and audio outputs to help improve AI systems.

Training and support are provided, with payments on a freelance basis. Responsibilities include live conversations in English, assessing adherence to prompts, and delivering clear, evidence-backed writeups.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of each exchange.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickers, or mismatches and explain findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and provide written reasoning.
