Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

The role is freelance (1099) with flexible hours, paid weekly, and access to leading LLMs. You’ll help shape how AI systems reason and improve by providing precise evaluations and explanations.

• Fluent English and strong written communication are essential.
• Detail orientation with the ability to replay and zoom in to spot issues.
• Ability to think clearly and explain observations in writing.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible scheduling.
