Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote basis. You will conduct live chats with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, all while rating adherence and quality.

This role contributes to improving AI systems by providing precise, written feedback on every exchange. You can work on your own schedule from anywhere, with access to leading LLMs and opportunities to earn competitive hourly rates

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining in realistic scenarios.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Write a concise English explanation detailing what was off and why.
