Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an senior Product Manager to lead the agent runtime platform, enabling non-technical users to create, test, publish, deploy, monitor, and improve AI agents without traditional engineering support.

You will drive lifecycle management, governance, model routing, and secure integrations while collaborating with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments, including AI-focused roles.
• Proven experience owning complex products end to end, from vision to launch and iteration.
• Experience building and scaling AI agents or automation solutions replacing manual processes.
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation methods, golden datasets, labeling, tests, and monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering on technical concepts like model orchestration and contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent runtime platform.
• Lead development of agent lifecycle management and observability.
• Define evaluation and governance frameworks for AI agents.
• Establish mechanisms to evaluate agents across large-scale environments.
• Shape agent memory, learning, and self-improvement capabilities.
• Lead model-agnostic platform development including routing and pricing strategies.
• Define secure integration strategies with internal systems and third-party apps.
• Establish agent identity, permissions, and governance controls.
• Develop dashboards, traces, metrics, and audit trails for agents.
• Collaborate with leadership to define registries and integration standards.
• Partner with design/engineering to build intuitive configuration tools.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies to inform build-vs-buy decisions.
• Provide product leadership and mentor other product managers.
