Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a dedicated squad focused on AI-powered automation and strategic product development. You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while ensuring governance, security, and observability across platforms.

You will work with executives, engineers, and clients to translate complex AI capabilities into business outcomes, manage change, and continuously improve product performance using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering complex, technically demanding digital products.
• Experience with Generative AI or agent-based solutions.
• Ability to understand software and AI architecture, including LLMs, AI agents, and API integrations (MCP).
• Experience developing integrated product plans addressing architecture, costs, security, observability, and performance.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban with discovery, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Experience defining and tracking business KPIs and using data to guide prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product and strategic reference for a dedicated squad, aligning vision with client needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated product plans covering architecture, costs, security, observability, and AI agent performance.
• Identify, define, prioritize, and refine business journeys suitable for automation and AI transformation.
• Ensure LGPD data privacy and governance practices are embedded in the solution architecture.
• Lead PDCA cycles and strategic reviews to evaluate AI agent performance and reliability.
• Coordinate organizational changes required for rollout and adoption of AI-powered workflows.
• Define and monitor KPIs linked to business outcomes, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, and client stakeholders through Agile practices.
