Jobgether seeks a Lead Product Manager, Agent Runtime & Evals in the United States to shape an AI platform enabling non-technical users to create, test, deploy, and govern AI agents at scale. You will own the agent runtime and evaluation infrastructure and drive a product vision across model governance and testing.

Competenze
- 7+ years of product management in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience owning complex products end to end.
- Experience with AI agents or automation solutions.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation methodologies.
Mansioni
- Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for agent runtime platform.
- Lead lifecycle management, including deployment and observability.
- Define evaluation and governance frameworks for models.
- Develop agent memory and self-improvement capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering/design to build intuitive tools.
