Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the agent runtime and evaluation layer of Foundry, the AI platform for building, deploying, and operating automated agents, apps, and code. You will work with a dedicated engineering team to deliver a governed automation lifecycle from draft to retirement, with humans and agents collaborating to shape the product.

We value AI fluency, prototypes, and clear tradeoffs to maximize customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS.
• Fluency with AI tools and large language models to prototype and ship features.
• Strong communication skills across engineering, design, and executives.
• Empathy for non-engineering builders and operators to design usable tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent runtime vision, strategy, and roadmap for Foundry.
• Define how automations are tested and how models are evaluated for each agent.
• Ensure safety and governance of agents and memory across platforms.
• Design tools for oversight, dashboards, and auditability at scale.
• Lead collaboration with workflow orchestration PM on contracts and bindings.
• Deliver configuration tools for business SMEs to tune automations.
