Job summary

Title Resources Group is seeking an early-career problem solver to help build and operate production systems using AI agents. You will translate business needs into clear instructions, guide AI agents, and coordinate their work with an engineering lead.

You’ll develop enough technical understanding to challenge AI outputs and escalate to an experienced engineer when needed. You will work closely with an engineering lead, gradually taking ownership of more complex agent-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Break ambiguous problems into concrete steps.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to complete a project or solve a real problem.
• Persistence in troubleshooting and willingness to change approaches when needed.
• Instinct to verify results rather than accepting tentative answers.
• Foundational technical literacy and interest in apps, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Good judgment on when to proceed, ask questions, or stop.

Responsibilities

• Turn business requests into clear requirements, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Direct AI agents to build, configure, integrate, test, and troubleshoot software systems.
• Provide documentation, context, and constraints to agents.
• Coordinate work across agents, track dependencies, resolve conflicts.
• Recognize when an agent is stuck or off-target and redirect.
• Validate outcomes through testing, logs, and checks against requirements.
• Investigate failures and distinguish issues with instructions, data, or tools.
• Prepare changes for review and release following security and rollback procedures.
