Job summary

Tech Mirrors seeks a GenAI Engineer to design and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI orchestration services in a remote-capable setup. You will build multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, and workflow routing, integrating agents and structured data into reliable production-grade applications.

You will implement capability discovery, robust API contracts, and JSON schemas, transforming agent outputs into grounded narratives, tables, charts, and citations.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering experience with Python or TypeScript.
• Production experience with agent orchestration, tool calling, workflow routing, and multi-agent chaining.
• Strong API and schema design experience.
• Experience designing structured JSON input/output contracts.
• Experience combining user intent, conversation history, screen/workflow context, user filters, and application state into structured agent requests.
• Experience transforming GenAI/agent results into grounded narratives, tables, charts, citations, and standardized response payloads.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production GenAI services using AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade GenAI orchestration services using Python or TypeScript.
• Build workflow routing, agent chaining, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration capabilities.
• Develop reusable agent tools, skills, workflows, and capability definitions.
• Implement capability discovery mechanisms to identify the appropriate agent, tool, or skill for a user request.
• Combine user intent, conversation history, screen context, workflow state, and filters into structured downstream agent requests.
• Design robust API contracts and structured JSON schemas for communication between services, agents, tools, and data layers.
• Integrate existing agents and structured-data query capabilities into a unified GenAI application layer.
• Transform agent responses into grounded narratives, tables, charts, citations, and standardized payloads.
• Implement validation, error handling, observability, and resilience for production GenAI workflows.
• Build and deploy GenAI services using AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore.
• Develop production-ready code with unit/integration tests, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD.
