Job summary

Title Resources Group is seeking an early-career problem solver to help build and operate production systems using AI agents. You will translate business needs into clear instructions, give agents the context and access they need, coordinate their work, and evaluate whether outcomes meet requirements.

You’ll work with an engineering lead, gradually taking on more complex workflows. Prior AI orchestration experience isn’t required, and remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

  • Break ambiguous problems into concrete steps.
  • Clear written communication and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to complete a real project.
  • Persistence in troubleshooting and willingness to adapt.
  • Instinct to verify results over confident answers.
  • Foundational technical literacy and curiosity about APIs, databases, and cloud services.
  • Good judgment about when to proceed, when to ask questions, and when to stop.

Responsibilities

  • Turn business requests into clear requirements, manageable tasks, and measurable acceptance criteria.
  • Direct AI agents to build, configure, integrate, test, and troubleshoot software systems.
  • Provide documentation, system context, tools, and constraints agents need to work effectively.
  • Coordinate work across agents, track dependencies, and resolve conflicting or incomplete results.
  • Recognize when an agent is stuck or solving the wrong problem and redirect it.
  • Validate outcomes through tests, logs, automated checks, and comparisons to requirements.
  • Investigate failures and distinguish between problems with instructions, data, tools, and the underlying system.
  • Prepare changes for review and release, following security, approval, and rollback procedures.
  • Maintain reusable instructions and documentation for repeatable workflows.
