Job summary

Workiy Inc. is recruiting for a remote AI engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will build conversational experiences, automate workflows, and integrate agents with enterprise systems in a remote US-based role.

The candidate should have strong skills in AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Azure OpenAI, with experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and NLP. Expect collaboration with stakeholders and production support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI & Generative AI toolchains and architectures.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt design, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for integration tasks.
• Experience building RAG systems with enterprise data sources.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot development.
• Knowledge of NLP fundamentals and conversational AI principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integrating with enterprise platforms.
• Cloud experience on Azure, including Azure OpenAI services.
• Ability to monitor, measure, and improve AI solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Build conversational experiences that answer user questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-driven business processes.
• Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic.
• Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor agent performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve response quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases.
• Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational excellence of AI solutions.
