Job summary

iSoftStone, Inc. seeks a Microsoft Copilot and AI Agent Developer for a remote contract role.

You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents and automation across the Microsoft ecosystem, translating business requirements into production-ready AI solutions. Responsibilities include designing AI copilots, building workflows across Microsoft 365, Dataverse and Power Platform, integrating via APIs, and applying governance and security practices while delivering scalable production

Qualifications

Four to eight+ years of software development / AI solution experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Experience with Azure services including Azure OpenAI and AI Foundry.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication and enterprise integration.
Security and identity technologies such as Entra ID.
Excellent communication skills with clients.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents and copilots using Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
Build agentic workflows integrating Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.
Develop integrations using APIs, connectors, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.
Leverage Azure OpenAI for LLM apps, RAG, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
Implement security, governance, data access, monitoring and responsible AI practices.
Collaborate with analysts, architects and clients to prioritize AI use cases.
Build POCs and convert prototypes into production solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize AI agent performance.
