You’ll work on production-grade multi-agent AI systems for enterprise customers, from workshops to live deployments, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions and clear client communication. Ideal candidates are fluent in Polish and English, with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Polish and strong written English.
• Clear logical and analytical thinking with ability to structure complex systems.
• Self-directed with ownership and bias for action.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building technical projects or digital products, with code, no-code, or AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve multi-agent AI systems for live customer support at scale.
• Lead or join client workshops to map support processes into executable agent procedures.
• Implement and test integrations with platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Shopify and CRMs.
• Monitor performance, debug live environments, and ensure agents are reliable and safe.
• Document solutions clearly and share technical details with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with GTM team to align delivery with customer goals and drive rollout improvements.
