Ace WavesAI is rebuilding customer service from the ground up. At Ace Waves, we’re building an AI agent platform that handles real customer conversations end to end for leading consumer brands. We started in stealth and are now a fast-growing, well-funded startup with a growing customer base across Europe. We’re headquartered in Kaunas, with GTM hubs in London and Poland, and we’re driven by a shared commitment to excellence, ambition and speed. Our co-founders, Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas and Lukas Mikuckis, previously founded SearchNode, which was acquired in 2022. They are industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI, with a clear goal for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next Lithuanian unicorn. As an early team member, you’ll work closely with them.
Our forward-deployed agent engineering team builds, integrates and manages multi-agent AI systems for enterprise customers.
