Job summary

Neshent Technologies is seeking an Agent Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI-powered workflows across enterprise tools, enabling systems to reason, plan, and act. You will own prototypes through production, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation.

The role focuses on building reliable, secure AI-powered workflows with strong Python and ML integration, in a fast-paced environment at our Santa Clara location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming experience in Python and building LLM-based applications.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into workflows and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent-based systems using LLMs, tools, memory, and planning.
• Build agent workflows across enterprise systems via APIs and services.
• Develop RAG pipelines to support agent reasoning.
• Implement human-in-the-loop patterns for safety and escalation.
• Define evaluation frameworks for accuracy and task success.
• Own solutions from prototype through production deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
