BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to design and build autonomous, multi-step systems capable of reasoning and executing complex tasks. You will architect agentic workflows and ensure models can effectively use tools to achieve business goals with minimal intervention.

Qualifications

4+ years in software engineering focused on AI/agentic workflows.
Experience building multi-step agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM tool calling.
Proficient in Python with observability for long-running workflows.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks to solve long-running workflows.
Develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations.
Orchestrate agentic reasoning and planning with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Optimize agent performance with observability and context management.
Collaborate with product teams to define agent personas and task structures.
