Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, robotics, or data science.
• Proven expertise in developing and optimizing reinforcement learning systems.
• Proficiency in using OpenAI Gym and environment simulation tools.
• Deep understanding of policy optimization, reward design, and autonomous decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reinforcement learning algorithms for autonomous decision-making and control.
• Develop and manage environment simulations for training and testing agents using OpenAI Gym.
• Define and refine reward functions to align agent behavior with desired performance outcomes.
• Optimize RL policies through advanced experimentation and algorithm tuning.
