Job summary
BairesDev in Mexico is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help design and evolve an enterprise AI assistant used by employees across functions. You’ll stay hands-on with code while shaping orchestration, retrieval strategies and evaluation approaches for an agentic AI platform.
You’ll work with a distributed engineering team in a fully remote setup, using Python, LangChain, React and AWS to push scalable AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Python.
- Production experience with agentic or LLM platforms.
- Familiar with LangChain and LangGraph for multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience with LLM evaluation including offline evals.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) over structured and unstructured sources.
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with distributed systems and REST/GraphQL on AWS.
- Advanced level of English.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to architecture decisions for an enterprise-scale agentic AI platform.
- Design multi-agent orchestration, including skill invocation and routing.
- Support retrieval strategy across structured and unstructured data sources.
- Build and evolve the evaluation harness for AI system behavior.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and support technical decisions.
