Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to design and build autonomous, multi-step systems that can reason and act with minimal intervention. You will architect agent workflows, enable tool use, and ensure robust integration with APIs.

You will collaborate with product teams, implement observability, and maintain safety of agentic platforms. Strong Python skills and deep knowledge of transformer-based reasoning are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI systems.
• Experience building multi-step agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong Python programming and observability for long-running workflows.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks for complex, long-running workflows.
• Develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend agent capabilities.
• Orchestrate agentic reasoning and planning using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Ensure reliability and safety of agentic systems through evaluation and guardrails.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate goals into executable agent personas and tasks.
