Job summary

BairesDev in Mexico is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help design and evolve an enterprise AI assistant used by employees across functions. You’ll stay hands-on with code while shaping orchestration, retrieval strategies and evaluation approaches for an agentic AI platform.

You’ll work with a distributed engineering team in a fully remote setup, using Python, LangChain, React and AWS to push scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python.
• Production experience with agentic or LLM platforms.
• Familiar with LangChain and LangGraph for multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with LLM evaluation including offline evals.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) over structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems and REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Advanced level of English.

Senior AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll contribute to the architecture of an enterprise AI assistant serving employees across multiple business functions. Staying hands-on in code, you'll help shape orchestration design, retrieval strategy, and evaluation approaches for an agentic AI platform.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Python.
• Background working on agentic or LLM platforms in production.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent orchestration and tool invocation.
• Experience with LLM evaluation strategy, including offline evals or golden dataset design.
• Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems and REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Advanced level of English.

• Experience with agent-to-agent communication patterns.
• Experience with model gateway and routing tools.
• Experience with vector database selection, such as Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, or pgvector.
