BairesDev®, a leading technology partner, is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to design autonomous, multi-step systems and agent personas. You will build frameworks and tooling to enable complex reasoning with minimal intervention.

You’ll work on remote-friendly, globally distributed teams, leveraging cutting-edge AI frameworks and ensuring safety and observability across long-running workflows. As part of the role, you will collaborate with product managers and data teams to translate business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering focusing on AI systems.
• Experience building multi-step agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong Python skills and experience with observability for long-running workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks for complex workflows.
• Develop tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend agents.
• Orchestrate agent reasoning using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Optimize performance with observability and context management.
• Ensure safety with evaluation and moderation guardrails.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate goals into agent personas.
