Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Adoption & Enablement to bridge the gap between what is built and what is used. You will design enterprise AI adoption programs, drive AI fluency, and lead internal communications to ensure successful tool launches and measurable business impact.

You will partner with Enterprise Technology, People Analytics, and Total Rewards to create scalable training paths, establish adoption metrics, and coordinate cross-functional enablement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, communications, transformation, strategy, or program management.
• Experience designing and launching enterprise-wide programs that change behaviors or how work gets done.
• Strong program management discipline and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Sufficient technical literacy to understand AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible-use considerations without being a technologist or developer.

Responsibilities

• Design and run enterprise AI adoption programs with readiness, enablement, and communications plans.
• Coordinate AI fluency development through role-based content and learning paths.
• Lead the annual AI Hackathon and establish adoption metrics and dashboards.
• Own internal AI communications cadence and leadership narratives across functions.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology to translate upcoming capabilities into adoption plans.
• Influence leaders and employees across functions without direct authority.
