Job summary
Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Adoption & Enablement to spearhead enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives. You will design programs, drive AI fluency, and lead communications to ensure adoption and measurable business impact across the organization.
In this People Team role, you will build the AI Champions program, develop role-based training paths, and collaborate with Enterprise Technology and People Analytics to translate capabilities into practical enablement and measurable
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in change management or related fields.
- Experience designing enterprise-wide programs that change behaviors or how work gets done.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, translating tech concepts for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and run enterprise-wide AI adoption programs and adoption metrics.
- Lead internal communications, storytelling, and cross-functional enablement.
- Build AI fluency framework and role-based development content across functions.
- Own AI Champions Program, including recruitment and enablement across teams.
- Coordinate adoption plans with ROI, measurable business impact, and governance.
