Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soils, Ag Business or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in the agriculture industry with familiarity of seed products.
Knowledge of seed products and agronomy planning; ability to prepare agronomy plans.
Certified Crop Advisor preferred or ability to obtain certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and common office software.

Responsibilities

Assist Division Seed Sales Reps in seed selling efforts (field days, ride along, meetings).
Support customer business plans and sustainable initiatives.
Compile data (plot data, seed matrix) for Marketing use.
Develop agronomic materials and product guides; share product knowledge with team.
Coordinate testing and assist in product selection for yield and demos.
