Qualifications

• University degree in agronomy, soils, or related ag field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in agriculture; agronomy plans and chemical knowledge.
• Knowledge of seed industry concepts and practices.
• CCA certification preferred or ability to become certified.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and related office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist seed sales reps with seed selling activities (field days, meetings).
• Strengthen customer business plans and sustainable initiatives.
• Manage and compile data (plot data, seed matrix) for Marketing.
• Evaluate products; build knowledge; be the Dyna-Gro expert.
• Coordinate 3rd party testing and assist in product selection.
• Develop agronomic bulletins, product guides, tech sheets.
• Follow up with customer service inquiries and field problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
