Job summary

Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a Commercial Insurance Project Manager I or II to lead and deliver strategic projects with Agile methods. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, defining plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Hybrid or remote work options are available, with travel as needed. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, risk management, and championing Agile adoption using Scrum or Kanban, with tools like Jira

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management theory and practice.
• Ability to obtain and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Excellent English usage, spelling, grammar, vocabulary and punctuation.
• Read, interpret and input data efficiently and accurately.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Facilitate iterative planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as a change agent for Agile adoption using Scrum or Kanban with Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs supporting structured and Agile delivery.
• Track deliverables and report progress to stakeholders.
• Provide direction and support to project teams.
• Present reports on progress, issues, and solutions.
• Coordinate project staff and resources across teams.
