Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Product Owner to drive agile execution and backlog prioritization for value delivery in a fully remote role across the USA. You will collaborate with product management, analysts and engineers to translate strategy into executable stories and ensure high‑quality, timely releases.

Qualified candidates bring 2+ years in a Product Owner or similar role within agile environments, and a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the team backlog.
• Decompose features into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on backlog and PI planning.
• Drive value delivery and monitor metrics to inform decisions.
• Maintain health and readiness of the team backlog including tech debt.
