Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Agile Coach (Release Train Engineer) to facilitate ART events, PI planning, and system demos for the ERP+ program. This remote US role requires an active Secret clearance and strong Lean-Agile leadership.

You will coach leaders and teams in agile practices, track features, and drive continuous improvement through I&A workshops. Salary ranges from $118,000 to $196,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance (DoW) and maintenance.
• 10+ years as Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master/Agile Coach in large-scale environments.
• SAFe RTE certification or equivalent.
• Experience guiding ERP transformations or large system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART events, PI Planning, ART Syncs, and System Demos for ERP+ program.
• Escalate and track program impediments, manage risks, and resolve dependencies.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices.
• Assist with execution and feature tracking to ensure transparency and value flow.
• Drive continuous improvement via I&A workshops and assess ART agility.
