Job summary

REALIGN LLC is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and deliver agent-based automation operating against live cloud infrastructure. This hands-on role builds agent workflows that interpret infrastructure state, generate and validate Infrastructure-as-Code, and execute controlled remediation under human-in-the-loop approval.

You will work with modern orchestration frameworks and integrate with observability and ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production LLM applications with multi-step agents.
• Experience designing tool calling and structured outputs for agents.
• Knowledge of embeddings and vector stores (e.g., pgvector, OpenSearch, Pinecone).
• Experience with guardrails, retries, and human-in-the-loop approval design.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic workflows using an LLM orchestration framework.
• Design and implement tool/calling layers exposing infra operations to agents safely.
• Generate and validate Terraform modules; integrate policy-as-code checks.
• Integrate agents with observability and ITSM systems for automation flows.
• Implement least-privilege and audit trails, gatekeeping in agent actions.
• Wire agent workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
• Document architecture and hand over to client platform team.
