Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of cloud-native experience to design, build, and deploy agentic systems for enterprise clients. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum of 1 year expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum of 5 years experience programming in Python or Java.
• Minimum of 5 years experience deploying to production with CI/CD and IaC.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with client communication and workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Associates require 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic workflows across finance, healthcare, retail, and other domains.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to influence assets and roadmaps.
