Job summary

Ultimate Knowledge Institute is building the agentic SDLC and AI workflows to power scalable software delivery in a US‑remote setting. You will architect and operate end-to-end AI-powered pipelines, integrating planning, code generation, review, testing, and release with GitOps and CI/CD practices.

You will elevate developer experience by integrating modern AI tools, enabling self‑service capabilities, and ensuring governance, safety, and observability across AI systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems in production.
• 2+ years designing and operating agentic workflows, including multi‑step orchestration, tool use, evaluation, and governance.
• Experience with GitOps and CI/CD in development teams (required).
• Working knowledge of grounded AI patterns: RAG, context engineering, structured outputs, and evaluation/observability for LLM systems.
• Strong software fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python; comfortable with Angular/React on Express.
• Support for continuous delivery culture (small batches, fast feedback, blameless learning).
• Self-starter with bias for action; can drive initiatives and share results.
• Strong communication: explain architecture to engineers and ROI to executives.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; role is US‑remote.

Responsibilities

• Build the agentic SDLC pipeline across planning, coding, review, testing, docs, and release.
• Enhance developer experience with AI integrations and self-service tooling.
• Engineer grounded, trustworthy AI systems with retrieval grounding and verifiability.
• Establish governance, guardrails, policies, and audit trails for responsible AI use.
• Formalize repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and internal platforms to scale agentic acceleration.
• Advocate and train teams on AI adoption; act as a force multiplier.
