Delos Insurance Solutions seeks a Virtual Territory Manager to build and maintain relationships with independent agencies in a remote capacity. You will onboard and train new agents, provide ongoing support, and drive production growth through virtual interactions.

You will work with internal teams to strengthen agency performance, monitor engagement, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners. Some travel may be required to meet with key partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with independent insurance agencies in relationship/account management or sales.
• Experience onboarding, training, or supporting insurance agents preferred.
• Virtual environment agency relationship management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned independent agencies, maintaining strong relationships via virtual meetings.
• Onboard and train newly appointed agents; deliver ongoing training and resources.
• Support agency growth, monitor performance, and coach for increased production.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and sales to resolve issues and improve the agency experience.
• Maintain accurate agency records and follow onboarding and sales processes.
