Delos Insurance Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Lead to manage and grow relationships with independent insurance agencies in a fully remote role across the United States. You will onboard and train agents, support ongoing engagement, and drive production growth through virtual interactions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, act as the main contact for agency partners, and ensure high-quality service, onboarding efficiency, and retention. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with independent insurance agencies in a relationship management, account management, or sales role.
• Experience onboarding, training, or supporting insurance agents preferred.
• Proven success managing agency relationships in a virtual environment.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams to support business goals.
• Ability to travel occasionally, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned independent agencies through regular virtual meetings, calls, and outreach.
• Partner with the Enterprise Relationship Lead to support agency growth and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for agency questions, concerns, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues and improve the agency experience.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to support agency satisfaction and retention.
