Job summary

Delos Insurance Solutions is seeking a Virtual Territory Manager to build and maintain relationships with independent insurance agencies. This remote role focuses on onboarding and training new agents, supporting agency engagement, and driving production growth through virtual interactions.

As a key contact for agency partners, you will ensure a smooth onboarding experience, provide ongoing support, and help agencies succeed with Delos.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience working with independent insurance agencies in relationship management, account management, or sales.
Experience onboarding, training, or supporting insurance agents preferred.
Proven success managing agency relationships in a virtual environment.
Experience collaborating with internal teams to support business goals.
Ability to travel occasionally, as needed.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned independent agencies through regular virtual meetings, calls, and outreach.
Partner with the Enterprise Relationship Lead to support agency growth and strategic initiatives.
Serve as a primary point of contact for agency questions, concerns, and ongoing support.
Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues and improve the agency experience.
Provide responsive, high-quality service to support agency satisfaction and retention.
