Job summary

001 Brown & Brown, Inc is seeking an Agency Development Manager (ADM) to enhance our agency distribution channel. The ADM will focus on driving qualified quote submissions while partnering with agencies to provide training and ongoing support.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, along with comprehensive health benefits, a structured 401(k), and employee assistance programs. The role is remote but requires frequent travel within a territory including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2‑4 years of Property & Casualty industry experience.
• Active P&C insurance license (2‑20) required.
• Willingness to travel frequently for in-person agency visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing assigned agents.
• Generate new premium growth through interaction with agencies.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to agencies.

Skills
